Dr. Woeller is extremely smart and knows her stuff. So good at educating you and knowing why or what works for you and your body medically. She is the first doctor in weight loss that has been so brilliant about medications and why I should or should not take something. She cares about her patients and not about just taking your money. This is all new to me and it is so inspiring. Instead of feeling bad about yourself you figure out why some things will work or would never work for you because of your history and life! The staff is very caring and helpful. They are efficient and are always trying to teach and help you through the process. The wait times can be extremely long. At the same time I do understand it’s because they do care so much and try and take time with each person. I also feel with Covid and all the extra steps they have had to take is contributing to this wait. I would still by far go and wait and have the staff there then go someplace that really doesn’t care and just wants your money. I’ve been given expensive medicine that would have never worked for me because of health issues . I was never made aware of this until going here and seeing Dr Woeller and all the staff ! I joined this program a week ago and have already lost 9 pounds!  The staff is wonderful, friendly and so informative.  Cheryl is so amazing, she made me feel like I was joining a family.  I met with Dr Woeller, who is also amazing.  She noticed that my thyroid was enlarged and suggested that I meet with my doctor. I did, and she was right. I have been coming to VMWL for about 6 weeks, and I have never felt better. Dr Woeller is the absolute sweetest and motivating doctor I have met. The front office staff are the nicest and happiest people, and always eager to help. Efrain makes injections quite painless and I can't tell you how much i appreciate that as well as his positive attitude and motivation. Literally this is the highlight of my week, plus I've lost about thirty pounds and this is the best I've looked and felt in a long time! I took 7 month break after I lost over 25 pounds due to having eye surgery. When I went back to Valley Medical Weight Loss this past week the medical assistant Vanessa came up to me and gave me a hug and said “Welcome back!” She asked about my family and my job! She totally remembered me! And then Irwin, another super great medical assistant saw me and came up to me and hugged me and was just so happy to see me! It felt so nice to be remembered, it made me feel special. I got to see Dr. Woeller (the best doctor EVER) and she took the time to catch up with me. She gave me more great tips on how to stay on track and maximize my results. I mean how great is it to go back to a place where everyone remembers you and are generally happy to see you??!! I have been going to the Tempe location for just over a year.   I must say that Dr. Woeller and her staff have been absolutely amazing since the start.   I especially appreciate the work done by Marco and how much he cares for customer satisfaction.   When I started I was well over 300 pounds and have now lost 85lbs as of today!!   If you stick to the plan and do what the staff says, I truly believe this program can work for anyone! Dr. Woeller and staff are the absolute ENCOURAGING BEST! I lost 30 pounds under there care in less than 6-months.
