Aesthetic & Med Spa Appointment Deposit Policy
At Valley Medical Weight Loss & Med Spa, we are committed to providing every patient with dedicated time and a high level of care. To support this, we require a refundable deposit to reserve all aesthetic appointments, including consultations and treatments.
Deposit Requirement
A $50 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If we are unable to collect the deposit, the appointment may be released or canceled.
How the Deposit Is Applied
- All aesthetic and med spa consultations remain complimentary
- The deposit will be applied toward any treatment or service
- If, following a consultation, no treatment is performed, the deposit is fully refundable
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
- With proper notice, deposits may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment
Late
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will forfeit the deposit
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or need to reschedule
- If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited
Why We Require a Deposit
Our providers’ schedules are limited, and appointment times are allocated throughout the day. This policy allows us to offer availability to patients who are ready to be seen and helps maintain an efficient schedule for all.
